  2. Internet Speed Requirements: Ensure your internet speed is sufficient to use Zap4kTV services. Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by slow internet connections.

  3. Setup Issues: Our team is available 24/7 to assist with setup and support. However, refunds will not be provided if you are unable to configure the service on your devices. Please refer to the provided tutorials to ensure proper setup.

  4. Incorrect Service Selection: If you mistakenly select and pay for the wrong service (e.g., choosing a 1-year plan instead of a 3-month plan), create a ticket in the support section. Our team will review your case and issue a refund if approved.

  5. Account Expiry: Refund requests will not be accepted if your account is within 7 days of expiration.
